By accessing or using Fletchzilla ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Fletchzilla provides the following fitness coaching services:

• Program & Dietary Builder - One-time purchase ($99) providing personalized training and nutrition programming.
• 1-to-1 Elite Coaching - Monthly subscription ($250/month) with direct coaching access and ongoing support.
• Hormone Maximization Protocol - Monthly subscription ($400/month) including bloodwork analysis and hormone optimization protocols.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscription services are billed monthly and will auto-renew unless canceled.
• One-time purchases are non-refundable after program delivery.
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Subscription services: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Program & Dietary Builder: Due to the immediate digital delivery nature, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if services have not been substantially utilized.
